Myth Busting - I have to do it all on my own

“I don’t need you or anyone. I can do it on my own”… is a potent message promoted by the Dominator/Individualist/Separatism culture. (DISculture)
And of course this is especially promoted to the male of our species.
When of course, as with much we have been brainwashed with, the opposite is true.
When we are healthy, everything we do is about ‘relationality’. 
Even going to the doctor or healer or therapist is about relationality.
The very act of needing another, heals the separation, creates a sense of wellness, and brings us back to Who we truly Are.
